Bill Dwyer

Independent Director

Bill Dwyer is an independent director with a non-executive role. Bill also chairs the Investment Committee. Bill has significant governance experience and adds considerable value to the Board through a career in commercial and corporate law spanning over 25 years. Bill works in a consulting capacity at Tavendale and Partners, and prior to that was managing partner at Lane Neave. Bill has previously held positions as general counsel and company secretary at Solid Energy New Zealand Limited. Bill is currently a Director for Lyttleton Port Company and Premium Foods Export Ltd, as well as a Trustee for the Ohinetahi Charitable Trust. Bill has retired as Director of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL).
