Bill Dwyer

Independent Director

Bill Dwyer is an independent director with a non-executive role. Bill also chairs the Investment Committee. Bill has significant governance experience and adds considerable value to the Board through a career in commercial and corporate law spanning over 25 years. Bill is Corporate Councel at Tait Communication. Prior to that, Bill worked in a consulting capacity at Tavendale and Partners, and prior to that was managing partner at Lane Neave. Bill has previously held positions as general counsel and company secretary at Solid Energy New Zealand Limited. Bill is currently chair of Yap Orchard Ltd and an Advisory Board Member of Opes Partners Ltd. Bill has recently retired from the Board of Lyttleton Port Company.
