When your application is accepted, we will provide you with confirmation and let you know when your investment funds are required

  • Does Quarry Capital provide financial advice?

    No. We are not authorised to give financial advice. We always recommend that potential investors seek independent financial advice from their financial adviser or accountant before making any investment decisions.

  • Does the entity I use to invest matter?

    We recommend you seek independent advice on how to best structure your investment entities. Our syndicates are made available to companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals as investors.

  • Can I sell my investment?

    Yes. There is a growing secondary market for sales of interests in commercial property syndicates. If you want to sell your interests, they will be offered firstly to other investors within the syndicate. If your offer isn’t taken up, your interests will then be offered to investors in other Quarry Capital syndicates or qualified parties on our investor database. You are also welcome to list your interests on Syndex - an established secondary sales platform. We are happy to assist and guide you through this process. There is no guarantee Quarry Capital will be able to find a buyer for your interests.
